Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited  announced the release of, AONS32310, a 30V MOSFET with low on-resistance and a high Safe Operating Area (SOA) capability which is ideally suited for demanding applications such as hot swap and e-fuse.

A high SOA is essential in server hot swap applications where the MOSFET needs to be robust to manage the high inrush current effectively. AONS32310 delivers high robustness with a 30V MOSFET in a DFN 5×6 package. The AONS32310 has a maximum Rds(on) of 1.05mΩ at an applied Gate-Source Voltage equal to 10VGS.

High reliability is an essential metric in datacenter infrastructure. The Hot Swap MOSFET is one of the critical components that must be robust and reliable to meet server demands. AONS32310 has high SOA with low on-resistance to meet these demanding application requirements,” said Peter H. Wilson.

Pricing and Availability

The AONS32310 is immediately available in production quantities with a lead-time of 16 weeks. The unit price for 1,000 pieces is $1.26.
